Scope and Contents From the Record Group: The records of the Office of Planning and Budget contain early accounts, vouchers, receipts and cancelled checks for 1852 to 1924. Of interest are bills for boarding halls, student labor accounts, and bills for equipment. The 1875, 1876 and first part of 1877 vouchers are in order of year, abstract letter, and finally voucher number. This was done as there was no sequence of voucher numbers and in some cases repeats of same number and abstract. Ex. 1-103B, 1-22D. The last half of 1877...
